With a foundation in general residential building & specialties in architectural homes, we’ve adapted our focus, expertise & offerings to delivering a premium service in renovations, shop fit-outs & commercial interiors and additions. Whilst still maintaining the ability to deliver superb new builds, high performance homes and all facets of construction to discerning clients seeking a professional experience.
Our Foundation
Joshua Gardner
Owner / Director
Joshua combines 15 + years of industry experiences across various roles to bring a very unique skill set to his clients – unprecedented value, counsel and advice through their build projects.
His build career was preceded by initially training and serving as a commissioned officer in the New Zealand Army, setting up on a spring-board of leadership skills, command experience, analysis and strategic planning.
Joshua has a real passion for the built environment and his understanding of structures and their performance is to a granular level. He’s a continuing student of the profession and science of building. He’s often sought to provide high-level solutions or problem solving in build projects, reviews of building performance or remedial works.
His clients have described some qualities such as; a high level of both technical and practical skills, very methodical and fastidious. A clear communicator who provides sound guidance and considerations.
Above all, Joshua’s aim is to build lasting relationships. From his business clients, his industry colleagues, through to the team that are G Build, and its world class carpentry and professionalism.
